Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Auditor for a Brooklyn Park, MN location. The role monitors overnight parking activity, completes vehicle and revenue audits, maintains records, assists guests, and helps keep the facility safe and organized.

Ideal candidates work independently, use parking systems, and stay alert during overnight shifts. The position is non-exempt with an overnight schedule; benefits and overtime eligibility apply per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in auditing, parking, hospitality, security, or customer-service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records.
• Basic computer and mobile-application skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Overnight shift availability, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Conduct parking audits and reconcile tickets, payments, and reports.
• Monitor vehicle entries and exits and maintain activity records.
• Direct traffic and support orderly flow of vehicles.
• Identify and report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Prepare end-of-shift audit and revenue reports.
• Greet guests and assist with parking-related questions.
• Maintain safety and security of parking areas and equipment.
• Follow PMC and hotel procedures; attend trainings as required.
