Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Porter (Non-driving role) in Detroit. The position includes evening and night shifts with specified locations and pay of $17 per hour. You will handle maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks across the parking facilities.

Qualified applicants should have a valid Parking Attendant License, be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision, and comply with uniform and appearance standards. Full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience or an equivalent combination.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record when driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance and cleaning tasks as outlined in checklists.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain garage, entrances, exits, and rest rooms.
• Replace bulbs and apply oil absorbent to spills; report repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Ensure safety items and ticket systems are in proper working order and maintained.
