Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Emergency Services Tech - Paramedic at Elmhurst Hospital for night shifts (7p-7a) with rotating weekends/holidays. The position is part-time (36 hours/week) with premium pay for eligible employees.

Responsibilities include direct patient care in collaboration with RNs, adhering to protocols, and ensuring patient safety. Illinois EMT-Paramedic licensure and CPR certification are required, with at least six months of IL paramedic experience preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with RN and other staff.
• A minimum of six months of paramedic experience in Illinois preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, partnering with RN to coordinate activities.
• Follow established procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Perform tasks and procedures as needed under RN supervision.
