Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Palletizer Operator for the York, PA facility. This 3rd shift role (11pm–7am) focuses on safe operation, case making, packing and quality checks in a production setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean area, following packing instructions, and communicating issues to the supervisor. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with opportunities to train and advance within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while staying positive.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Inspect finished product for defects before packing.
• Pack and stack cases, operate case forming and packing equipment.
• Communicate with shift teammates about problems with quality or machinery.
• Assist in training regular and temporary workforce.
• Keep work area clean, orderly and safe.
