Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Palletizer Operator based in York, PA (Farmbrook Plant). This 2nd shift role operates from 3pm to 11pm and involves packaging responsibilities, including housekeeping, case making, inspection, and packing of finished products per procedures and guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Proficient with computer usage and typing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing good service.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments within standard practices.
• Strong collaboration and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Inspect finished product for defects before packing to ensure quality.
• Load and operate case making equipment safely.
• Notify supervisor of potential problems with product or machinery.
• Assist in rework and heldware to ensure timely completion.
• Train regular and temporary staff in stacking, packing quality and case machines.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly and safe.
• Complete written documentation as required.
