Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Palletizer Operator based in York, PA (Farmbrook plant). This 1st shift role runs from 7am to 3pm and focuses on general production duties, packing finished products, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include following packing instructions, inspecting products, communicating with the line team, and assisting in training and housekeeping. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus and the team values reliable, collaborative

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping in the production area and assist with packing finished product.
• Follow safety policies and GMP guidelines.
• Inspect finished products for defects and follow packing instructions.
• Notify supervisor of any quality or machine issues.
• Assist with rework and heldware as needed.
• Participate in training of regular and temporary staff.
