Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a manufacturing operator in Garland, TX to set up, run, and maintain equipment that produces paint and coatings. You will help ensure products meet customer specifications while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Shift is 6:00pm–6:00am, rotating 12-hour schedule with every other weekend. Bonus eligibility applies based on performance under company plans, with opportunities to support multiple production lines and collaborate across

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: 1+ year in manufacturing/distribution, monitoring gauges, operating machinery, and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment (high-speed dispersers, pumps, valves, robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and monitor materials for quality.
• Maintain logs and production records; report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
