Job summary

The Sharwin-Williams Company is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to set up, run, and maintain equipment for paint production. You will handle heavy machinery, monitor materials, and ensure quality while working on a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:30am) with a $0.50/hour shift differential.

Bonuses are available based on performance. The role requires adherence to safety policies, active engagement with team members, and proactive maintenance of equipment and records to support on-time

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and monitor quality of materials.
• Maintain logs and production records; report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Keep tools and work area clean and organized daily.
