Job summary

LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Packing Supervisor on the night shift to lead daily operations across highly automated production lines, ensuring safe, stable production and continuous improvement.

You will coach frontline operators, coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Planning, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions to improve reliability, flow and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in manufacturing or production operations.
Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC systems, or material handling systems.
Familiarity with MES, SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during operational issues or disruptions.
Excellent communication, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across highly automated production lines to ensure safe, stable and efficient execution of the production plan.
Coach and develop frontline operators and technicians to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor production KPIs and oversee automation systems to address downtime and quality concerns.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Planning teams.
