Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and schedule changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and assembling packaging materials.
• Verify packaging materials are properly prepared and available for production.
• Pack products into cartons, trays, and displays according to packaging specifications.
• Ensure products are packaged with the correct labels, codes, and packaging configurations.
• Tape and seal cartons when required.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products and packaging, including bag registration, code dates, pricing information, package seals, and case labeling.
• Remove products that do not meet quality standards and communicate concerns to operators.
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the packaging process.
• Stack cartons and trays on pallets, move finished goods, and transport materials using pallet jacks.
• Support production line startup, changeovers, and equipment operation as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime when needed.
