Job summary

SCN BestCo in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Bagging (C shift, 3rd shift) packaging operator to support production lines. You will ensure materials, inspect product quality, and stack pallets for wrap and shipment in a fast-paced, GMP-driven environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, cGMP SOP training, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting 35–50 lbs. Experience in manufacturing and the pharmaceutical sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills including email use and cGMP SOP training are needed.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, with internal staff and management.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule
• Inspect product for quality defects
• Package product according to specifications
• Stack fully packaged product on pallets and wrap full pallets
• Identify with proper ticket and communicate packaging/quality issues to leadership
• Count, weigh, and report scrap; follow lockout/tagout procedures
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Support overtime and flexible hours as needed
