Staffmark Group is hiring a Packaging Operator in Piedmont, SC. The role involves loading materials, checking quality, and meeting daily production goals on multiple shifts. Candidates should have a good work ethic and be able to work as part of a production team.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, staging cases, and assisting with line changeovers. Prior manufacturing or GMP knowledge is a plus, with competitive weekly pay and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills required to perform daily tasks.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and production sheets.
• Knowledge of GMP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect finished products for cap fit, seal integrity, label placement, and overall quality.
• Visually inspect products for leaks, defects, and compliance with production specs.
• Verify products meet production sheet requirements and quality standards.
• Pack products into cases and place completed cases into automated taping equipment.
• Stock packaging materials and production components as needed.
• Assist Line Leaders with equipment changeovers and production setup activities.
• Support pharmaceutical blister packaging and cartoning line operations.
• Report quality concerns, product discrepancies, or equipment issues to leadership.
