Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Bagging associate for the C shift (3rd shift) to support packaging operations at our Alabama site. You will ensure materials are ready, inspect for quality, and package products to specification while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with cGMP/SOPs. Prior manufacturing or pharma experience is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills; complete cGMP SOP training and email use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule.
• Inspect product for quality defects.
• Package product according to specifications.
• Stack fully packaged product on pallets and wrap full pallets according to specifications and identify with proper ticket.
• Communicate packaging and quality problems to leadership.
• Count, weigh, and report scrap.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ensure work area is clean and orderly.
