Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a 3rd shift Associate Technician at the Myerstown site to lead packaging operations and ensure GMP/SOP compliance. You will work with autonomous teams to improve processes, adopt new technologies, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role supports continuous production, with a focus on documentation, line setup, and timely product delivery during the 11:00 PM–7:20 AM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in GMP or SOP environments preferred.
• Capable of safe work in a production setting with schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and package high-quality products on time in OTC and Nutritional factories.
• Collaborate with autonomous teams to drive efficiency and adopt new tech.
• Follow DSO principles and VACC daily operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and accurate production documentation.
• Perform daily packaging line setup and routine operations.
