Job summary

Bayer AG in Myerstown, PA is hiring an Associate Tech (Packaging Operator) for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:20 PM). You will set up, operate, and maintain packaging lines, driving efficiency and adhering to GMP/SOPs. You will work in autonomous teams to push continuous improvement and safety culture across production.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and GMP/SOP experience.
• Experience in a GMP/SOP environment and safety-focused.
• Able to work in a production setting with schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Work in multidisciplinary autonomous teams to improve production processes.
• Follow SOPs and GMP standards and document steps accurately.
• Collaborate with Coaches and OE teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform daily setup and operation of packaging lines and ensure timely production.
