Job summary

Bayer is seeking a 3rd Shift Associate Tech at the Myerstown, PA site. You will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging lines in OTC and Nutritional factories, following SOPs and GMP standards to ensure timely, quality products.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, drive efficiency, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while upholding safety, 5S, and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in GMP/SOP environments preferred.
• Ability to work safely in production with frequent schedule changes.

Responsibilities
