Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Technician in Lebanon County, PA to pre-batch and blend raw materials. The role involves operating high-speed dispersers, managing batch records, and maintaining safe, clean production areas.

Night hours are from 6:00pm to 6:30am with overtime opportunities and a bonus eligibility based on performance. Responsibilities include selecting and staging materials, following batch instructions, making lab adjustments, and providing support across

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility preferred.
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or other machinery indicators.

Responsibilities

• Select, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing
• Follow batch slip instructions to incorporate raw materials in high-speed mixers
• Make lab adjustments, incorporate approved samples, and maintain raw material samples
• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment (high-speed dispersers, pumps, valves, etc.)
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality
• Comply with policies and standard operating procedures
• Keep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns
• Maintain production records and reporting as required
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies
• Provide technical support and training to other team members
• Contribute ideas to improve manufacturing procedures
• Keep tools and the work environment clean and organized daily
