Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Packaging Specialist to join the Michigan team. The role focuses on packaging, inspection, and material handling within a lean manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will use Microsoft applications and maintain documentation in a quality-driven setting. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work a 10pm–6:30am shift as a full-time colleague.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and English communication skills essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Strong mechanical ability and hand-tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks follow batch records and SOPs and meet cGMP standards.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate task documentation and records.
• Provide leadership to line operators and coordinate with support teams.
• Collaborate to meet production schedules and objectives.
