Job summary

Novolex in Lebanon, TN is looking for a Packer Inspector for night shifts from 6pm to 6am. This role requires a manufacturing background, with responsibilities including inspecting products and packing them for shipment. You'll support the operation team by ensuring quality and cleanliness at your station.

The position starts at $18.50 an hour plus a $2.00 shift differential for nights, paid weekly. Applicants should be prepared for a physically demanding environment, where standing and lifting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.
• Must follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support operation team in a fast-paced production warehouse environment.
• Inspect products for defects and pack finished goods.
• Ensure station has enough supplies and keep it clean.
