Pretium Packaging in Cleveland, TN is seeking an Inspector Packer for the third shift 11:00pm-7:30am. As a Packer, you will inspect and package plastic products and ensure they meet quality standards for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects.
• Package products according to specifications and seal properly.
• Label packages with product information and warnings.
• Monitor production line efficiency and resolve packaging issues.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
