Job summary

Novolex, located in Carrollton, TX, is urgently hiring for the position of Packer. This role involves ensuring quality checks, documentation, and maintaining a safe work environment during the night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM. Candidates must have a High School diploma, be eligible to work in the U.S., and complete a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies.
• Constantly inspect finished product before packing.
• Fill out proper documentation for weighing and numbering cases.
• Stack finished product on pallet evenly and correctly.
• Assist Converting Operator in all roll changes.
• Check all safety guards are in place and properly working.
• Perform quality checks and complete related documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
