Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II for the night shift in Ohio. You will operate packaging lines, perform in-process checks, and maintain batch records while following cGMP standards.

This role supports lean initiatives, 5S, and safety protocols, with daily collaboration across the Manufacturing Team to ensure quality and compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in regulated manufacturing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and monitor status to ensure quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and batch record entries.
• Support lean activities and 5S in a cGMP environment.
• Handle material movement and basic equipment setup.
• Escalate issues and participate in routine troubleshooting.
