Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join a premier manufacturing client in Rincon, GA. You will set up, operate, and maintain packaging machines, inspect products for quality, and move materials as part of your daily duties.

This role requires experience operating packaging or production machinery, the ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 55 lbs. You must be able to work 6pm-6am Monday-Friday with occasional overtime on weekends and wear

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging or production machinery (REQUIRED).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Willing to work 6pm-6am Monday–Friday with possible weekend overtime.
• Must own or be willing to wear steel toe boots.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging machines (shrink-wrap and automated equipment).
• Inspect packaged products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Handle and move materials to and from packaging machines.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to safety protocols.
