Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to operate, adjust, and manage changeovers on the line, helping deliver our product on time and meet daily production goals. You will troubleshoot machines in a fast-paced team environment, ensuring safe, efficient operation and adherence to procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and experience working with high-speed filling or packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with CNC operations preferred.
• Ability to read batch cards and instructions to communicate directions.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to read meters, scales and electronic read outs.
• Ability to enter computer data.
• Industrial experience is desirable.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to coordinate the work of others.
• Ability to solve problems in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
