Job summary

Lowell General Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for the Night shift in the Main Campus Operating Room. The role delivers direct patient care in a fast-paced peri-operative setting, 40 hours weekly, within a 24/7 OR suite that includes pediatric and orthopedic rooms.

Strong nursing foundations and ultrasound/telemetry exposure are beneficial. Minimum MA RN licensure; BSN preferred; 1–2 years telemetry/intermediate care experience; BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure in good standing.
• 1–2 years in telemetry or intermediate care preferred.
• Current BLS Certification; ACLS preferred.
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients and families following policies and procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and the healthcare team.
• Monitor patients in the peri-operative and telemetry settings.
• Support night-shift operations in a 24/7 operating room environment.
