Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for 24-hour night coverage to deliver high-quality nursing care. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff across multiple specialties.

This role requires adaptability across units and strict adherence to clinical standards and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years Critical Care/GI experience required.
• ACLS required within first year of employment.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN is required upon employment for some units.

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care.
