Job summary

BrothersTech in Gardner, MA is seeking an OR nurse to care for surgical patients in a busy operating room. The role requires an MA RN license and O.R. nursing experience; CNOR is strongly preferred.

ACLS upon hire or BLS with AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire is required. The shift is a 40-hour day schedule with 4 x 10-hour days and call rotation. The ideal candidate will manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain a calm, can-do attitude while delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum Work Experience: O.R. nursing experience and CNOR strongly preferred.
• Required Licenses: Current MA RN license. ACLS upon hire OR must hold an active BLS card and obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire.
• Required Skills: Ability to function in an environment with competing priorities; excellent communication, multitasking, and a can-do attitude.
