Job summary

ASML US, LLC seeks a Milling, Grinding and Polishing Group Leader for a compressed front-end night shift in Wilton, CT. You will oversee 15+ technicians, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Production Engineering to deliver high-quality optics on schedule.

You will foster team development, coach performance, and maintain safety and production KPIs across shifts, with a strong focus on Lean practices and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or engineering preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 5+ years supervisory/leadership in manufacturing or related field.
• 10+ years in complex manufacturing/production environment.
• LEAN manufacturing and CI history demonstrated.
• Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001; ISO environment desirable.
• Optics fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Milling, Grinding and Polishing operations for optics.
• Manage 15+ technicians across work centers; ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency with Production/Development Engineers.
• Set production schedules within plans and resources; provide recovery plans.
• Highlight issues and escalate as needed; implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions and hiring decisions.
