Lightera in Norcross, GA seeks a Production Specialist II for the night shift (11:00PM - 7:30AM) to support the Vapor-Phase Axial Deposition (VAD) department and related draw/post-draw processes. You will perform bench work, operate and adjust complex machines, test products, and handle materials with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Required is a High School GED or equivalent, with prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment per procedures.
• Perform inspection, testing and material handling.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and PPE compliance.

Responsabilités

• Perform bench and assembly work on various lines.
• Operate complex machines with guided procedures.
• Assist loading/unloading and material handling.
• Test in-process and final products for quality.
• Coordinate with Level 2 employees to meet safety standards.
