Job summary

United Felts, Inc. is seeking a Needle Line Technician (night shift) to support loading fiber, unloading rolls, and maintaining equipment. You will adjust machines, monitor quality, and keep thorough paperwork to ensure accurate batch records.

The role requires basic math, ability to work day or night shifts, and a commitment to safety. Training will cover needle boards, equipment operation, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• Complete 3 months on-the-job training.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Read batch sheets fully to meet batch requirements.
• Assist co-workers in machine setups and maintenance.
• Make adjustments to machinery to keep material within specifications.
• Report quality problems immediately to Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
