Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Supervisor in West Chester, OH to lead a 20+ person team on a Monday–Friday night shift from 2:30pm to 11:30pm. This on-site role oversees ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping materials, with emphasis on inventory accuracy, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and typically involves cycle counts, variance investigations, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments – cycles, physicals and catch weight audits performed.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs based on workload and schedule staff accordingly.
• Supervise 20+ employees in Operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
