Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 50+ employees in Operations.
• Plan staffing, assign duties, and instruct staff on procedures.
• Manage payroll and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Enforce safety procedures and resolve worker grievances.
