• Manages hiring, coaching, training, recognition, performance evaluation and staff productivity.
• Plans, organises, staffs, directs and controls daily operations.
• Manages staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Leads daily meetings to communicate goals and updates to the team.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee relations information.
