DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution in the Monee, IL area for a second shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM). This role leads a diverse team of frontline associates, ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations and coaching staff to meet performance targets.

You will monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and report findings to management. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing startup operation within DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in operations management or supervision.
• Strong focus on safety and process improvement.
