Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Overnight Operations Manager to lead overnight merchandising and branch operations. You will align with sales, fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory teams to meet location goals.

Responsibilities include optimizing replenishment, maintaining displays, supporting order fulfillment, and mentoring the overnight team. Strong MS Office, CRM and PM tool skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management focusing on merchandising.
• Skills in MS Office, CRM systems and project management tools are required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales based on effective product replenishment throughout the branch.
• Maintain organization and neatness during inventory replenishment.
• Keep promotional displays updated to highlight promotions.
• Support order fulfillment by managing order pulling during shifts.
• Communicate with other department managers to meet customer needs promptly.
• Support safety and maintenance of the building and equipment with leadership.
• Manage overnight team development and training aligned with goals.
• Handle additional tasks to ensure smooth location operations.
