Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager in daily material handling at our Lancaster branch. You will support receiving, stocking, and presentation to meet sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory goals.

Key duties include efficient receiving and put-away, maintaining organization, communicating with the Overnight Operations Manager to stock products, addressing issues, rotating stock (FIFO), pulling damaged items, and

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Storeis responsible forassistingthe Overnight Operations Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.
