You will lead process improvements, training for new hires, and drive efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership, coaching up to 30-50 staff, monitoring metrics, and coordinating shift changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.
• 2-3 years’ experience with receiving and inventory management preferred.
• Associate degree required or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day decisions for input, movement, process, and output of operations.
• Supervise 30-50 employees; coach, train, and develop staff in best practices.
• Monitor metrics; identify issues; implement corrective actions and discipline.
• Communicate department productivity and policies clearly to teams.
• Lead manager meetings; review metrics and quarterly initiatives.
• Maintain staffing levels; coordinate shift changes and related programs.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and engage employees regularly.
• Identify opportunities for productivity, cost reductions, and efficiency.
