Qualifications

• 10+ years of production leadership experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and be on-call.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines for the department.
• Manage day-to-day production and service delivery to meet client commitments and drive operational excellence.
• Act as primary escalation point for production and client issues; collaborate with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Marketing Services, Finance, Supply Chain, and Postal Affairs to ensure quality output.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and evolve the DDC operating model.
• Monitor departments daily and report inefficiencies and successes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards; escalate deviations with documentation.
