CSG Systems in Omaha, NE is seeking an Operations Manager for the Night Shift to oversee daily production and service delivery within the Design & Delivery Center (DDC). You will be primary escalation for production and client issues and work with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Finance, and others to ensure high-quality, on-time output.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for production and client issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, cost-effective output.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and evolving operating model for the DDC.
• Monitor daily operations, report inefficiencies, ensure OSHA-compliant safe working environments.
• Ensure adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards and document deviations appropriately.

Role Summary

Operations Manager- Night Shift

Report to Design Delivery Center Director to contribute towards overseeing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines for the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for day‑to‑day production and service delivery within the Design and Delivery Center (DDC), ensuring client commitments are met while driving operational excellence and financial performance.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for production and client issues and partners closely with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Marketing Services, Finance, Supply Chain, and Postal Affairs to deliver high‑quality, on‑time, and cost‑effective print and mail output.
• Build, coach, and develop high‑performing teams and shape the DDC’s evolving operating model.
• Monitor departments daily, identify and report on inefficiencies and successes, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments.
• Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 10+ years of production leadership experience, at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail or production expertise.
• Have experience working in a fast‑paced environment that requires the ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly and can manage workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLAs.
• Open to working a Night shift work schedule with on call responsibilities.
• Can use a personal computer and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, and can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend, stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

Compensation

• Position Pay Range: $74,409.65-$119,052.96
• This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
