Job summary

URBN is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Raymore, MO to lead outbound and plant fulfillment teams on a 5:30pm–4:00am shift. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and operational efficiency in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in fulfillment or distribution, strong communication skills, and experience with WMS and data reporting tools to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to communicate, support, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting departmental production.
• Experience with WMS and HRIS or data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain compliance and professionalism.
• Conduct start-up meetings to communicate department expectations and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate day-to-day work activities to optimize efficiency and achieve goals.
• Provide tools, training, and support for safety, quality, and KPIs in the department.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and accountability among team members.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility by controlling labor and supply costs.
• Inspect work quality and drive continuous improvement to standards.
• Cross-train employees to enhance skill sets and flexibility.
• Collaborate with management to address operational issues.
• Review performance and attendance, giving constructive feedback.
