Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Morristown, Tennessee is seeking an Operations Team Leader for the night shift (12 hours, 6:00 pm–6:30 am). You will manage frontline technicians, drive OPEX initiatives, and sustain safety, quality, and productivity through data‑driven decisions.

You will lead Autonomous Maintenance, monitor KPIs, and coach staff to strengthen technical reliability. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience are required; SAP FP&R and GMP experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP systems and FP&R Standards.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• 1+ year of working knowledge of production and process equipment in processing industries.
• Ability to manage production activities, resource allocation, shift coordination, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Technicians engaged in production.
• Drive operational excellence (OPEX) and continuous improvement.
• Track and analyze KPIs and prepare Plant Performance Reports.
• Lead the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program on the floor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and facility leaders for seamless workflow.
• Provide ongoing coaching to Technicians to build competencies.
