Colgate-Palmolive’s Morristown, TN site is seeking an Operations Team Leader for the night shift (12 hours, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM). You will oversee production teams, drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Operational Excellence (OPEX), and use data-driven insights to improve safety, quality, service, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP systems and FP&R standards.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Technicians engaged in production and planning.
• Drive OPEX initiatives and maintain KPIs; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Track KPIs and prepare Plant Performance Reports on inventory and yield variances.
• Lead the Autonomous Maintenance program on the floor and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with supervisors and leaders to ensure seamless workflow.
• Provide coaching to Technicians to build technical competencies.
• Coordinate technical training and resolve labor concerns.
• Ensure GMP, QA, Food Safety, and environmental health standards.
