Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business related field preferred).
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP systems and FP&R Standards.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• 1+ year of working knowledge of production and process equipment in processing industry.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate activities of Technicians in production to meet goals.
• Drive operational excellence (OPEX) and lead initiatives to optimize plant performance.
• Track KPIs and prepare Plant Performance Reports on inventory and yield variances; identify improvements.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program on the floor and ensure proper tool use.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure seamless workflow between departments.
• Provide ongoing coaching to Technicians to build technical competencies.
