Job summary

The Glenmore Distillery, part of Sazerac, is hiring a Bottling Supervisor to lead bottling lines on a 6pm–6am night shift. You will supervise line employees, ensure safety and quality, and drive production efficiency while coordinating with maintenance and management.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive benefits are offered as part of Sazerac’s team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees bottling lines to meet production schedules within safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines.
• Provides technical assistance and coordinates maintenance actions.
• Monitors safety regulations and leads safety programs for the bottling department.
• Trains and supervises bottling line employees and supports skill development.
• Implements process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Supports New Product Development and cross‑department coordination.
• Ensures on‑time, defect‑free product scheduling and shipping.
