Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Bottling Technician in Lewiston, ME to operate and maintain bottling line equipment on a 2-2-3 night shift schedule (5:20 pm – 5:30 am). The role supports production goals, quality, and safety with opportunities for collaboration across teams.

You will follow SOPs and GMPs while maintaining a clean, organized work area and assisting temporary teammates on safety and procedures. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production.
• Preferred: experience operating bottling/manufacturing equipment.
• Experience following SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, or food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, change over, and maintain bottling line equipment.
• Perform quality inspections, labeling, case packing, and documentation.
• Support daily production goals by following SOPs and food safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Guide and support temporary team members on safety, procedures.
