Job summary

The role ensures a quality product while meeting production and customer specifications and achieving plant productivity goals. The position requires strong leadership, safety emphasis, and collaboration with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Management preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize department needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct unsafe situations and model safety.
• Report and investigate work-related accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, prioritize and organize work; communicate across shifts.
• Adapt to rapid changes; work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Lead teams to meet production goals and cost targets.
• Coordinate with management, maintenance, quality, and engineering to solve production challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and company rules; maintain safety documents.
