Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a night shift. You will lead a production area, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, and coordinate staffing and equipment to meet daily targets.

Training occurs on the day shift, with night shift operations following. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in aerospace/defense or precision

Qualifications

Front-line leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma or similar systems.
Strong safety and quality mindset.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary front-line leader for an assigned production area, providing visible shop-floor leadership and onboarding, training, development, performance management, and offboarding.
Lead daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people objectives while ensuring schedules and commitments are met.
Coordinate staffing, overtime, equipment utilization, and material availability to support production requirements.
