Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Moore, SC to lead a team of ~25 associates in a fast-paced, highly automated TPM environment. You will coach and develop the team while focusing on safety, quality, and cost control.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership supervising teams of 10+ employees.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
• Ability to spend significant time on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25 operations associates in onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Promote zero injuries through safety observations and audits.
• Lead TPM and preventive maintenance with cross-functional partners.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to cut waste and costs.
