Keurig Dr Pepper in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Production Technician I to monitor production processes, operate high-speed equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards in the Coffee Processing area.

This full-time role offers a Fri–Sun, 6:00pm–6:30am shift with potential overtime and overtime flexibility, plus immediate benefits and growth opportunities within a leading beverage company.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience with operation of high-speed production machinery preferred.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring of product quality preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn processing and packaging equipment; mechanical understanding preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with decision making and problem solving.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and quick learning of production software.
• Basic mathematical skills for production calculations.
