Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline staff and coordinate afterhours workflows.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support scheduling and task delegation.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and meet production targets.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct audits, and training as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics and progress.
• Respond quickly to operational issues or emergencies and make data-driven improvements.
